Ordered two pizzas, it was 40 minutes! You arrive and can wait another half an hour because the food is still not ready. As a result, pizza was badly filled and then at home it was cold.

Good food, fair prices

Unfortunately the only kebab in the area that offers quite good food. However, the service is terrible, you have to wait 40 minutes for three kebab plates and a pizza according to the app. When you go to collect the food, you stand in front of the door for another 30 minutes and the meal has not even started. Ordering via app, absolutely not recommended! If you have the food delivered to your home, you wait over two hours for 4 servings and 7 km away. Accordingly, the food is cold and something has always been missing until now. If you then complain, on the spot or on the phone, you will be turned away and you will be told to order somewhere else! And from now on I will do that too. Better to drive 20 km than such a bad service again!

Ordering via the app is not recommended. Long waiting time on site despite pre-order (> 1 hour). Multiple incorrect orders. Service is very bad. Customer friendliness is not very important. Should it be best to do an internship in Wittlich at one of the best kebab shops, maybe it will be better.

Good food, unfortunately you eat fat when you leave the house. Maybe change the fries more often!

The already prepared food behind the counter was extremely fresh and nicely prepared. We ate kebab here, the meat was very good and with it the fresh salad and an excellent crunchy flatbread. It was very nicely prepared. I thought about taking a picture, but I couldn't wait any longer. The fries were cooked in fresh oil, also to the point, a little little salt: D but that's complaining on a high level. The staff were very nice. The food is delicious, but the organization leaves a lot to be desired. Absolutely no time management and completely overwhelmed. When ordering several dishes, they are prepared in such a way that one dish is ready for half an hour and is already cold, and the other has not yet been started.

Ordered there for the first and probably the last time. Waited 1 hour 40 minutes ?. There was hardly any noodles in the casserole and way too much meat, hardly edible. French fries were soft / limp and not edible. Kebab bread had cracks and fell apart easily but tasted the 2nd star. What a shame

Friendly, modern interior, nice service, quick and tasty food. I can only recommend! Unfortunately 290km away, but it was worth it.

Food was prepared without gloves or cutlery, dirty money was touched, served etc. Afterwards not washed hands and continued to prepare the food. And although none of us (4 people) saw the food after we saw it, we all had abdominal pain from the food. Not recommended for people who value something like this !!! Delicious kebab plate and pleasant service.

Passed through and made a stop due to the good rating. I can only confirm this. The food was delicious and the portions were tidy. Thanks a lot. (Ate a kebab plate and an Italian salad. Next to us were also served pizzas that I stared at enviously :-D)

Absolutely fabulous!! Great take out and a nice place to eat in. The whole restaurant is really clean. And even during preparation the counters are kept clean. Staff is very friendly. And the food is delicious. Freshly prepared. And not at all expensive. You can order a small pizza from 5 euro. And a small pizza is enough for dinner. Also... Very popular with the locals. And if the locals eat there, you know it's a good place to go.
